Community Summit 2023 BC/NAV Reception
commercebuild sponsored this year’s BC/NAV Reception on October 16th at the Richardson Terrace in the Charlotte Convention Center. It was an evening filled with delicious drinks and food while allowing for ample networking time to connect with our team and other customers, partners, and ISV’s working with Microsoft BC/NAV products. It was a great kickoff party!

1. Exciting AI Innovations and the Power of Microsoft CoPilot AI
Summit showcased some groundbreaking AI features in Business Central Cloud. We were thrilled to witness how AI can now automate product descriptions, eliminating those pesky empty product descriptions. This innovation promises to enhance the online shopping experience. Microsoft CoPilot AI, with its potential to improve productivity and streamline tasks, also caught our attention and we’re extremely excited to see how this unfolds.
2. Connecting, Networking, and Building Relationships
Summit was an incredible week of learning and connecting. We were inspired by the sense of community and the opportunity to meet both old and new friends. Networking and building relationships were highlights of the event, and we were honored to be a part of it. Summit really highlighted the vibrancy of the Microsoft community. The event’s community-driven nature fostered genuine interactions and open dialogues between customers and ISV partners. This was a refreshing change from other events we’ve attended.
3. Looking Forward to the Future and Interest in Our Platform
Summit left us excited for the future and future partnerships. It was heartening to see an interest from customers in our platform, even if it turned out that we weren’t the perfect fit or didn’t offer support for their platform, such as F&O. This level of interest and engagement was truly encouraging. We saw genuine eagerness and excitement from Partners, VARS, and ISVs working together to deliver the best possible customer experience, which was truly inspiring. We are eager to follow up with those who are the right fit for our platform and with potential future partners and we look forward to developing new relationships for eCommerce success.
In a nutshell, Community Summit 2023 was a fantastic event that offered valuable insights, connections, and a vibrant community. We’re excited about the future and we can’t wait for the next Summit in San Antonio, Texas! Thank you to Community Summit for having us, we’ll see you next time!
