Chris de Visser joined the commercebuild board in the beginning of 2024 and became part of the leadership team as COO in September 2024, however he had been an advisor to the company for over a year prior.
Chris has more than a decade of experience in the B2B eCommerce space. Having successfully started and grown several companies in North America (particularly in the Microsoft space) his expertise helps commercebuild become a leader in the Microsoft ERP space faster.
Chris is originally from the Netherlands but has been living in New York City for the past 10 years.
As CTO, Blair is focused on developing eCommerce solutions that allow our clients to maximize the potential of the digital world.
Over his 20 year career, he has specialized in connecting systems specifically enterprise logistics and warehousing, business to business distribution, and retail systems. Blair has connected systems for large corporate companies including McDonalds, Nestle, Pfizer, Coke, Mercedes Benz, Mobile, BP, and Reckitt Benckiser.
Blair holds a computer science degree from the Auckland University of Technology and is an essential part of our leadership team.
Paul brings a wealth of business experience gained from almost 30 years involved with Sage ERP.
His first introduction to ERP systems was in the late 1980s, when UNIX and green-screen terminals ruled! Recognizing the potential that ERP systems held, Paul worked as a lead ERP Distribution Consultant in the UK between 1993 to 2001. In 1995, Paul was sub-contracted as IT System Manager to Winners, SA, in Paris, France. There, he was responsible for developing integrated IT systems in preparation for the acquisition of Winners by McQueen Group (now Sykes Global Services).
Prior to emigrating to Vancouver in 2008, Paul spent eight years building his own eCommerce software company, Intellisell, which provided market-leading eCommerce solutions for UK-based Sage customers. Upon arrival in Canada, he spent two years as a Sage 300 Sales and Account manager before joining commercebuild in 2010.
Paul lives in the beautiful city of Vancouver, enjoys the outdoor life and everything that the glorious province of BC has to offer. He is an active singing member, producer and committee member, of the Vancouver Men’s Chorus.Bradly has been a valued member of the commercebuild team since September 2020 and works within the team as our Director of Client Services.
Prior to commercebuild, he worked at Pressable, a managed WordPress host owned by Automattic, and led the technical Customer Success team. Bradly brings a wealth of web development and web hosting experience to commercebuild, having developed applications and websites and managed them for the last 10 years. He is responsible for ensuring that both the Customer Success and Implementation teams deliver a world-class experience to commercebuild’s customers, and his experience allows him to help our team and customers implement creative solutions to complex eCommerce problems.
Bradly is originally from Missouri, United States but has called Buenos Aires, Argentina home for more than a decade. He has a BA in Communication and an MA in International Relations, is bilingual in Spanish and English, and can even get by in Portuguese! In his free time, Bradly can usually be found enjoying a nice bottle of Argentine wine or drinking an extra dry martini!
Valerie is our meticulous Controller at commercebuild, leveraging her expertise in financial management with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and cash management, within our leadership team.
Valerie excels in developing and monitoring business performance metrics, providing invaluable financial and KPI reporting. Beyond her financial acumen, she finds joy in quality family time and outdoor adventures, including hiking and camping. Valerie’s passion for travel aligns seamlessly with her role at commercebuild, given we are a global team!
