Meet Our 2024 commercebuild Summit Team
Jay Newman- Co-CEO and President
Jay Newman joined commercebuild in July 2019 as President, driving global go-to-market strategies for the company’s eCommerce solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the tech and eCommerce industries, Jay previously served as CEO of Pressable, a managed WordPress and eCommerce hosting platform. He has also held leadership roles at Main Street Pilot, Hostway Services, and Peer 1 Hosting. Jay is responsible for leading the commercebuild team and their customers to eCommerce success!
Chris de Visser- Chief Operating Officer
Chris de Visser joined the commercebuild board in the beginning of 2024 and became COO in September 2024, however he had been an advisor to the company for over a year prior. Chris has more than a decade of experience in the B2B eCommerce space. Having successfully started and grown several companies in North America (particularly in the Microsoft space) his expertise helps commercebuild become a leader in the Microsoft ERP space faster.
Matt Carleo- Senior Account Executive
Matt Carleo is a Senior Account Executive at commercebuild, bringing over 6 years of ERP-driven eCommerce expertise. In his role, Matt plays a critical part in helping businesses optimize their online customer relationships and leverage commercebuild’s eCommerce solutions to drive revenue growth. With a deep understanding of ERP systems and eCommerce integration, Matt works closely with clients to ensure they achieve success in their digital transformation efforts.
Daniel Saunders- Sales Director
Daniel Saunders plays a key role at commercebuild, leveraging his deep understanding of eCommerce industry trends and landscapes. He focuses on building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers, partnering with them to better understand their business needs. Daniel also coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, helping businesses achieve their eCommerce goals.
Donavon Yelton- Client Success Engineer
Donavon brings 20 years of IT leadership experience to commercebuild, focusing on implementing strategies that improve business operations and drive efficiency.
